We are looking to lease or buy the following types of properties:
- Apartment blocks with multiple apartments
- Near-completion property developments
- Properties fulfilling Section 106 requirements
- Houses up to four bedrooms
- Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs)
- Houses converted into self-contained flats
- Flats, one-bedroom and up
- Properties requiring maintenance and refurbishment
