Properties We Require:

  We are looking to lease or buy the following types of properties:

  • Apartment blocks with multiple apartments
  • Near-completion property developments
  • Properties fulfilling Section 106 requirements
  • Houses up to four bedrooms
  • Houses of Multiple Occupation (HMOs)
  • Houses converted into self-contained flats
  • Flats, one-bedroom and up
  • Properties requiring maintenance and refurbishment
